After much popularity and demand, it is finally time to have a Soul Calibur IV tournament in Orlando! From those who have been immersed into the series since soul edge, to those just starting, this will be a tournament you do not want to miss! Here is the breakdown on everything you will need to know:


Time: Saturday, November 8th @ 1:00PM
Platform: Xbox 360
Structure: Double elimination
Cost: $10 entry fee
Rules:


* Both players must tell the organizer in advance who they're picking first round
* Winning a best of 3 round gives you a point
* First to 3 points advances
* Loser of the round may pick a different character or different map
* Semifinals-Finals matches will be first to five points
* Must bring your own controller
* If players need to change their settings, a setting change round will be done where players don't fight. Once settings are changed accordingly, the stage will be reselected and the real match will begin.


Prizes:


* 1st place: 40% of the entry pool
* 2nd place: 20% of the entry pool
* 3rd place: 10% of the entry pool
* Additional prizes may be given, we're still working on getting some more!


Banned Characters: Yoda and any Custom Characters (Default models only!)

Why is Yoda banned? A few reasons. First is that his immunity to all grabs and having the only upper-immune hitbox eliminates a lot of gameplay elements that this game is played around. Another reason is that he can only be played on the 360 (to anybody only putting money into the initial purchase of the game). Many players in this tournament only own the PS3 version in which they have no practice against this kind of character, thus possibly creating an unfair advantage for the 360 players.

all that just in our plaza and more in the area. Yes, you are allowed to bring outside food and drink into the store.

Across The Street from UCF in the plaza with McDonalds and the El Cerro Mexican Restaurant. The plaza is called University Shoppes.

Gigabits is in the middle of the plaza next to Miss Saigon Vietnamese and Anmol Indian Cuisine.


Directions:

Coming off 417 (toll road):

Get off at the exit for the University of Central Florida, University Blvd.

Go straight down university heading for UCF. Gigabits is in the plaza on the left side of the street at the intersection of University Blvd and Alafaya Trail. (Across the Street from UCF).

Coming off 408 (toll road)

Get off at the exit for the University of Central Florida - You stay on 408 till it literally turns into Challenger Parkway. Stay on Challenger Parkway until you reach the intersection of Challenger and Alafaya Tr.

Hang a right on Alafaya Tr.

Contiune on Alafaya Tr. until you reach the intersection of University and Alafaya. Turn left here and take the next right then again the next immediate right and you will be in Gigabits' Plaza.

Good games to everyone, albeit I wasn't prepared at all, but I hope I will be for which ever is next. Picking up a main 16 hours before the tourny hehe, but I did my best. Great meeting all of you, and look forward to seeing some of you in whatever next one we have.

Will def need to pick up some pointers for my Cassy . If you have any BnB suggestions, feel free to pm.

I have the PS3 version if anyone wants to practice online, or if your in SFL, in person.
